Ingredients: (serves 3)
- 1 pouch of Jollof sauce
- 300g Soup Mix (Green and yellow split peas, rice, pearl barley and red split lentils)
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 2 medium size sausages
- 2 Tsp butter
- Salt to preference
Preparation:
- In a slow cooker crockpot, mix all together
- Cook until the sausage is done.
Serve and enjoy!
