Ingredients: (serves 3)
- 1 pouch of Jollof sauce
- 4 Tsp of peanut butter
- 4 cups of beef broth
- Salt to preference
Preparation:

In a pan, bring to boil 200g to 300 g of cubed beef + ¼ chopped onion + 4 cups of water.

Bring the mixture close to the boiling point, at a low/medium heat. (Do not cover)
Serve with steamed rice, potatoes, veggies, meat, or sliced bread.
